Creative and Strategic Director
I am a dedicated creative strategist and leader with more than a decade of experience spearheading multi-platform visual storytelling at legacy media outlets, including National Geographic and the New York Times.
I was a founding member of the New York Times Daily 360, an award-winning team of immersive video journalists who published an original 360 news video every day for over a year, where I edited more than 200 immersive news videos.
I started at National Geographic in 2018 as a producer and then senior producer, creating two immersive video documentary series, a travel virtual reality experience, and seven mobile augmented reality experiences. I contributed significantly to shaping National Geographic’s immersive strategy, developing relationships with internal and external tech partners, product testing new technologies and platforms, and extending the reach of the National Geographic brand.
During that time, I also produced frequent vertical videos for National Geographic’s social platforms and contributed to developing our social video strategy. In January of 2022, I stepped into my current role, Director of Video and Immersive Content, and now lead a team of award-winning expert visual storytellers creating content for the latest social platforms and emerging technologies.
